Corduroy came home with Owen Monday night to stay for a few days and live a little bit of "Tepker Life." Owen was thrilled! First on the agenda: the BCS Bowl at the Schillingers! Talk about jumping into crazy! Put these 7 kids together, and you'll have a LOT of fun, a lot of laughs, and a crazy good time! Welcome to the mix, Corduroy!
That night it started snowing! Owen bundled up and showed Corduroy the snowflakes before we headed home. Owen was so excited to have Corduroy visiting:
Then it was time for bed. Owen and Kate had a "sleepover" on the floor with Corduroy:
Owen really enjoyed Corduroy's visit! He said "It was so fun! I would help him find his lost button! He is so snuggly!" We have loved reading Corduroy's books, so his visit was a treat!
Owen and I wrote out the details of Owen and Corduroy's adventures the last two days in Owen's class journal. We then pasted in the pictures you see on this blog. Owen also drew a picture of the two of them in the journal.
Owen shares his additions to the class journal today at school! He is so excited! And tonight, Corduroy will head home with another friend to experience another adventure!
